Your Detail bookings are very important to Johnson's Auto Detail.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.

As of common courtesy to everyone, we would greatly appreciate a 48hrs ( 2 days notice prior to cancellations or re scheduling of appointments).

The cancellation / re scheduling policy gives us time to re fill the booking space. In this way, another customer would appreciate the earlier available booking appointment.

48 hours:

To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours in advance so we can fill the booking space.

No show and failure to be able to contact the customer will result in a 50% charge of the detail cost + Travel costs will occur.

If the weather is not suitable due to Rain & storms, we will be happy to reschedule the Detail booking for another time to suit the customer.
